The Banjul Accord Group Aviation Safety & Security Oversight Organisation (BAGASOO) is a regional aviation safety oversight organization that promotes aviation safety and security in West Africa. BAGASOO is seeking the services of a reputable and experienced external auditor to conduct an independent audit of its financial statements.
Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be expected to:
- Conduct an audit of BAGASOO’s financial statement in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant auditing standards.
- Provide an independent opinion on the fairness and accuracy of BAGSOO’s financial statements.
- Identify areas for improvement in BAGASOO’s financial management and internal controls.
Eligibility Criteria
- The bidder must be a reputable and experienced audit firm with a proven track record in auditing financial statements of similar international organizations.
- The bidder must have a valid membership with recognized professional accounting body (e.g IFAC)
- The bidder must have experience in auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS.

The RFQ will include detailed information on the audit requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.

Interested audit firms are requested to submit their proposals by 13th March, 2026.
